Nathan brings to migration practice more than two decades of professional experience spanning Australia and Singapore across government, banking, healthcare, technology, higher education, research, construction and professional services. His career has included leading complex transformation programs, working within regulated environments, advising senior stakeholders, analysing evidence, managing risk and governance, and helping people and organisations navigate significant change.
This experience shapes the way Nathan approaches migration matters today: understand the client's circumstances carefully, identify the relevant issues, make sense of complex requirements, assess the available evidence and provide clear, structured guidance on the way forward.
Just as importantly, Nathan brings a personal perspective to migration. Having undertaken the migrant journey to Australia himself, he understands that migration is rarely just an administrative process.
